Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same mobile number, email address, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.
Keep your Zebets account password and login details strictly confidential. You should not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use, contact Zebets support immediately.
The mobile number and payment method provided at registration must be your own. Using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited.

To withdraw from Zebets, log in to your account and go to the Withdraw section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
For large withdrawals or in certain specific cases, Zebets may ask you to verify your identity. This is known as the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Typically, submitting a photo of your NID or passport is all that's needed — and the process is completed within 24 hours.

Wagering refers to the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳5,000 in bets before withdrawing. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirement is met.
Zebets takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same household or device, placing opposing bets to instantly cancel out bonus funds, or exploiting the bonus system in any way is strictly prohibited.
If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and any associated winnings may be forfeited. Repeated violations of this nature will result in permanent account closure.
Once a bet is confirmed on Zebets, it cannot be changed or cancelled — the only exception is for bets where the Cash Out feature is available.
If a match is cancelled or postponed by more than 12 hours, the stake for that bet will be refunded. However, if the bet is already part of an accumulator, the odds for that specific selection will be calculated as 1.00.
In live betting, odds change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is confirmed are final — any subsequent movement in the odds will not affect your bet amount.
If incorrect odds are published due to a technical error, Zebets reserves the right to void or adjust the affected bets. In such cases, the member's stake will be refunded.
